Simply About You Self- Care Session

Would a dedicated time focused completely on you and your needs, a dose of ease,  a clear space in your mind, an unparelled  relaxation make a difference?

Our bodies have a way of communicating the truth even when our mind cannot.

Stress and or emotion  stored in the body can impact our lives causing pain tension physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, as well as possible disease.

The symptoms, could be an indication of something deeper, and are common in periods of loss, trauma, life transition and change.

Finding the cause, physical (Body), understand the stress, emotion and heart( Mind) and how it relates may transform your life.

These sessions are perfect for you if you are: in need  of: rest, experience symptoms of pain, anxiety, jaw clenching, TMJ, a sacred space to relax, awareness, tome to yourself, physical touch, connection, presence , healing support, nurturing, physical-mental-emotional relief, improve sleep, reduce stress/ anxiety, access new beginnings .

The Simply About You lounge is a safe space which allows you opportunity to discover, understand and transform you, your thoughts as well as your relationship with yourself and others.

1-1 Sessions

Here at Simply about you, we pay attention to what you are seeking. During  our 90 minute  session, we uncover challenges , be old or new and find effective solutions in person, by phone, or over zoom.

We take an individualized approach to mind-body-wellness and education.

These sessions are perfect for those times when you are feeling dis-regulated, in a transition- job, relationship, grief or change. When you are in need of a fresh, supportive viewpoint as you:

-Create methods to improve  organization and ease of day.  - Help with understanding how you interpret and react to situations.  - Tackle tricky relationship situation.  - Brainstorm ideas to capture more ideal health with in yourself or relationship with others, new patterns.  - Ways to uplift your experience.  - Tap into new resources.

What would the opportunity to have a support buddy you can count on look like for you?  Or you hit a speed bump, or need assistance making a meaningful next step. Becoming the best version of yourself, uncovering your purpose, healing from an event of experience, creating the life you desire does not have to be done alone.

Program Strategy

This is ideal if you:  are ready to develop clarity in understanding your relationship with self and how it can impact your relationship with your work and others.   Or you are craving a deeper connection to yourself and your mission with a desire for more connective relationships.  You are ready to heal deeply, align fully and rise. You  understands that in order to succeed, connect and elevate personally or in  business it is necessary to take action steps to  unlock what might be holding you back.

How would you like to access alignment with yourself and the ability to attune to others with ease to pointed growth in your relationships or  business and strengthen  your well- being health.

I provide support, guidance and accountability.

This is a done with you program.

Sessions 1-5 on how we work together-

  1. 1 hour together in person or zoom - you share your vision, goals, and support needs. This sets the stage for the work we will do together.
  2. Session 2- 1 hour learn about your Intention, your mission, your unique life style goals. Glance at correlations between  your relationships,  flow, challenges, strategy, etc.
  3. 90 minute session- personal session to regulate your nervous system and increase awareness.
  4. 90 minute session - connection, ease relaxation. Following present the flow of the 3 month plan. We will review in detail and begin to set 5 goals for the next 3 months.
  5. Further discussion around stress leaks, life style flow and desirable work/ life balance. Set up a system and implement.
  6. The 3 remaining sessions will allow me to provide support / desired session to be scheduled through the remainder of the 3 months.

Each session has a core, professional excellence and personalized attention to detail and collaboration in a wellness focused root cause dynamic, with an array of supported disciplines and therapies.
